Oh, where did the day go? Right now as I type this I have a dog staring me in the eye waiting for her walk. I am actually going to try running again without the dog this time. But before I go on my evening adventure I am going to document my eats before I forget. I put everything into weight watchers and still have 7 points left over!
Breakfast: Was a Green juice 2 apples, 2 oranges, and 1 cup spinach = 7 points
I have no clue where my photo went.
Lunch: An Avocado
Snack: Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt with fresh blueberries
Dinner: Honey Mustard tilapia, parmesan asparagus, slice french bread, pineapple. Minus the bread.
Dinner was thrown together because I have not gone to the grocery store yet. Plus, the honey mustard was probably not the best on top of the fish. But overall it was good!
